The popular VeggieTales characters Bob, Larry and the rest of the cast bring zany antics to the stage in Branson, Missouri with amusing, engaging storytelling and lots of music! The show includes crowd-pleasing Silly Songs like “His Cheeseburger,” “Love My Lips,” “The Hairbrush Song” and many more. Plus, families will enjoy the timeless values and lessons that celebrate just how unique and special each person is in a high-energy musical extravaganza.

Branson is delighted to have an entirely new VeggieTales Live! this year. Their live tours are fun for the whole family and filled with memory-making experiences for parents and their children. We have some surprises in store for the whole family in this special Branson performance at the Mansion Theatre.

Veggie Tales was created by computer animators Phil Vischer and Mike Nawrocki through their company Big Idea Productions. Their aim was to produce children's videos which conveyed Christian moral themes and taught Biblical values and lessons. The animated feature involved stories told by a group of recurring vegetable characters who lived on a kitchen counter-top.

The idea for Veggie Tales came in the early 90's when Phil Vischer was testing out animation software as a medium for children's videos. Due to the limitations of the software available to him, he chose to avoid the technical production hurdle of creating characters with arms, legs, or hair. His first animation model on the software was an anthropomorphic candy bar, but after his wife suggested that parents might not want to show their children videos with a candy hero, he instead chose to use fruits and vegetables, their polar opposite.

Now you can see the Veggie Tales LIVE in Branson!!!
